Here’s a story that I picked up recently.  Have any of you ever had or heard of a boss like this?

“I definitely have the boss from HELL! She constantly points out that I’m doing things wrong, (which means that I may be doing it right, but because I’m not doing it her way, I’m “doing it wrong.”) She has a way of making me feel little and stupid and that I’m not worth the dirt on her shoes.”

How can a company have employee engagement with a boss like this on the loose?™
